• All returns and claims must be authorized by PAUS LIVING by email within 7 days of receipt. You may receive an 70% refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.
  • If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
